Time Commitment: 3 months of once-a-month coaching [3 sessions]

Leadership is Choice Package

This package is designed for:

Established leaders who understand coaching as a partnership to overcome challenges to achieve goals, improve relationships and team performance, and enhance personal well being and resilience.

New leaders who are committed to the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

Time Commitment: 3 months of bi-weekly coaching [6 sessions]

Lead Yourself, Lead Others Package

This package is designed for:

New and established leaders who are ready to address issues on their leadership performance, career development, relationship enhancement, lifestyle management, life balance, decision making, movement through transitions, and the achievement of short-term or long-term goals. 

Time Commitment: 6 months of bi-weekly coaching [12 sessions]

The packages listed above differ in focus and depth of time coaching; we will determine what success looks like for you for each session and determine how we will know we have met that outcome each call.  Each leader faces challenges based on both their experience AND their environment, and working together, I will empower motivated leaders to leverage their full leadership potential.
